Thailand has pretty loose feelings about sex, from the famous ping pong shows in Bangkok to the popularity of Lady boys. Following that evolved outlook on the horizontal mambo, Thailand also enjoys several sex or fertility shrines. Thailand in general has all sorts of deities like God of Light, God of the Moon and one who presides over Friday. So, when I saw how the Thai’s worship the God of Sex, I wasn’t too surprised.
It is said that if a women desires to become pregnant, she should go to a fertility shrine (as seen below) pray and of course, rub the magic one-eyed wonder weasel for safe measure. Don’t forget to purchase your own wooden penis statue and place it at the shrine for safe measure. Beats paying tens of thousands of dollars seeing a fertility specialist in the States
